The city centre of Eindhoven as we know it is finite and will undergo a true metamorphosis in the coming 20 years. The artist's impressions of the Stadhuisplein and the Stationsplein promise futuristic buildings and an ultramodern public space. The Augmented Reality (AR) work by Eindhoven-based designer-director duo HyperCulture looks ahead to the future city center of Eindhoven, in which the material and virtual world converge as one exciting and organic whole. INFINITY™ transforms De Heuvel into a luxury AR gallery where very limited, digital products are sold. In the shop windows you won't see clothes or shoes, but luxurious, parametric algorithms that respond to the fluctuation of their value.
