Who are we looking for?

STRP is looking for three new members of the Supervisory Board (RvT): an analytical and connecting chairperson, a board member with expertise in finance and business operations, and a board member with artistic expertise. We hope to appoint two of the new members by 1 December 2025.

About STRP

STRP is a cultural organization that, together with artists, designers, thinkers, makers, educational institutions, and the public, strives for innovative insights and experiments in art, technology, and societal issues.

Over the past year, STRP has undergone an exciting transformation. We have adopted a new organizational model that is less top-down, better reflects our innovative signature, and gives proper attention to participation and co-creation.

STRP aims to make its programming more sustainable and better aligned with current societal and cultural developments. The focus is on creating programs for, by, and with young people from Eindhoven and the surrounding region. At the same time, STRP continues to place the exploration of the future at the center, through interdisciplinary art and (creative) technology.

Detailed information about STRP and the Supervisory Board is available upon request.

Time investment and compensation

The Supervisory Board generally meets four times a year, preferably face-to-face in Eindhoven. In addition, board members are individually available for specific questions related to their expertise. Board members must have sufficient time to fulfill this role responsibly. This is an unpaid position, although members can request reimbursement for expenses incurred. The foundation has taken out liability insurance for the activities of the Supervisory Board.

Please indicate your interest before 6 October 2025 via vacatures@strp.nl.
