At the start of this tour, you will be given a mobile device that will show you speculative architecture through augmented reality. Watch the architecture of the future appear right before your eyes, while live-streamed audio immerses you in a sci-fi experience.
But this is not just fun and games, the tour guides will also challenge you to imagine possible future scenarios for the City of Light. Utopian and dystopian thinking are used as critical tools to help you reflect on current political developments.
This "Billennium" tour is developed by Uninvited Guests, Duncan Speakman, FENYCE and Sam Steer (UK), specialists in interactive performance, immersive audio and augmented reality. This work was created for and first presented at the STRP Festival 2019, curated by Juliette Bibasse.
