The first live edition of STRP Festival in the city centre of Eindhoven is a wrap! For four days, the city was marked by an extensive programme full of art, experimental dialogues, and musical crossovers. Welcoming visitors both live in Eindhoven as online made it clear how much we missed the offline interactions the past two years. Most of all, we are extremely thankful for all artists, visitors, and volunteers who were a part of this.

For the first time, STRP Festival was not taking place in Klokgebouw at Strijp-S but at various locations in the city centre of Eindhoven. Empty shopping spaces, churches and a hotel were the background for an intriguing programme that explored this year’s theme The end of infinity.

See you next year!

Net year, from 13 to 16 April 2023, STRP Festival dives deeper into the theme of 'The art of listening'. In our society we prefer seeing to hearing and speaking to listening. Self-expression is what drives thinking, science and our social media. Now that social media serve as a megaphone for the masses, and anyone can voice their opinion at any time, STRP wonders who is left to listen. How can we revalue and reclaim the art of listening? With this question in mind, STRP is looking to collaborate with artists, designers, thinkers, and makers in order to translate the theme of Listening into original, critical and innovative works or scenarios for the future.
